We stayed in the motel section. Didn't know there was a difference when booked room. Room was clean, bedspread nice. Mini fridge nice to have. Bathtub looked like it had repairs by color difference. Showerhead was tiny and needs updated to better showerhead. Had to hold toilet handle down to make sure it flushed correctly. Pricey but being on coastal area we paid for location. It served it's purpose for decent room. Coastal region made it expensive but less expensive than other coastal hotels in area. Our room did get skipped for cleaning on 1 of the days since they were short staffed with summer workers already gone by early September. I just asked cleaning staff for clean towels and more toiletries. The cleaning guy was apologetic over being short staffed. Wendy at front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I think it was Robyn who checked us out and was also very pleasant. Staff and location made stay worthwhile. If you want no frills this motel serves that purpose

The property was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Management was awesome as was the view. Really enjoyed our stay!

Had a last minute need for a room and was able to book and check in with absolutely no problem. The room was clean and also within walking distance to anything I needed. I would 100% stay here again in the future.

The hotel was quiet, room was large but a refresh is needed with bedding and kitchenette area. FYI The room 210 HAS A SMELL OF PET URINE!!!. They offered to move us to 212 and it had the same smell also!! Kept 210. We had to keep the window open to negate the smell. It set off our allergies thank heaven we had med.s for that. Staff apologized. They readily gave us professional spray to negate the Oder but the two combined made it worse. Booking ……. I am surprised this isn’t in other reviews because the couple checking in after us had the same issue in their room at the other end of the hall and changed rooms. If this was on review site we would not have booked!!!! Pillows are hard and linens need refreshed as they showing wear. If Aura is going to allow pets they need to be better at getting professional cleaners in several times during the season to clean or go to a solid floor. PU !!! Is all we can say. The staff did their best to assist but this one is on the hotel!!!
